I finished off my late-1860's petticoat last night. I love how it looks over the hoop, and I loved how it looked before I trimmed off the bottom edge. I was using it as a muslin for the skirt, and the only thing I want to do for the skirt is add a couple of inches to the center back piece so there's just a bit more fabric sweeping the floor. I hemmed the petticoat a couple of inches above the floor.

No pictures yet, but I'll take some next week when I put it on my corset to start working on the dress bodice.
