Past the Join

I'm finally past the join in the thread on my beaded purse. Now I can knit happily without having to spend an hour restringing beads after every half-hour of knitting. Here's hoping there aren't any more joins lurking on the spool!

And I finished the knitting on my 1948 sweater last night. Always satisfactory.

Arduous is a good word. I had been thinking tedious. But now I'm more than halfway through the knitting so it's all in the past...unless there's another one.
