Elusive Book

It would seem that the second volume of Jean Hunnisett's Period Costume for Stage and Screen: Patterns for Outer Garments is much easier to find than the first volume. A branch of my county library claims to have volume 1 but can't find it. They do have volume 2, which is also held by a second branch of my county library. The university library claims to have volume 1 and not volume 2, but on the shelf they have volume 2 and not volume 1. I put in the ILL request so we'll see what happens with that.

I love ILL so much. I must be up in the hundreds of requests by now. My librarians love me! They always geek out over all the weirdo awesome books I drag in.

This is my first foray into ILL. We'll see how it goes! I've always been a little unnerved by it.

It's addicting! I've had books sent in from as far away as Italy. It's marvelous!
