Working Prototype

atherleisureI made up a reticule over the weekend that is meant as a working prototype of this reticule at the Met. I didn't want to spend the time embroidering something or making cords for decoration until I'd tested out the pattern since my last reticule was rather a disaster. (It's tiny, just tiny.)
It needs a little tweaking, but it's in the general vicinity. I made it four-sided with 5"x10" sides, measuring the 10" to the point. Each side is 2" longer at the point than it is at the sides. I think it should be a little longer, probably making the point 12"-13" will work out better. In the meantime, I have a plain little bag that will actually be functional so it's not a waste of time.
