Successful Try-on

I pinned the bathing suit together and tried it on. It looks like it will fit just fine. I pinned and pressed the first section (back of the shorts). Now I'll go through a cycle of pinning and pressing the various pieces, which will take several days since I like everything to dry thoroughly.

Considering the oddities of vintage patterns, nice that it looks like it will fit

This was a very well-written pattern. It did say what to do to go up a size, and I did that. Then I added another four stitches to each side of the shorts and skirt and narrowed them out below the waist since I tend to have to cut skirts and pants a size larger than bodices.
