I mocked up the Wearing History 1912 skirt last night (https://wearinghistory.clothing/1912-pleated-skirt-pattern-waist-26-1910s-edwardian/), and it fit perfectly. I only did the top 20" or so, but I thought that would be sufficient to tell me how it fits. Now to figure out the bodice...
