1850's Plaid

I just realized that I never posted about this dress. I think I was waiting until I had made the chemisette, but since I haven't made it in the last four months, I'll go ahead and post these pictures. I will eventually post pictures with chemisette and undersleeves...and on me. I do have the undersleeves.

For now there's a full-length picture before trim and a picture of the bodice with trim. There's no trim on the skirt, and I ended up with very simple trim on the bodice.





I've got enough fabric left to make an evening bodice too, and if I go to the Victorian Christmas Ball again this year, I thought I might make that.
