Cross-stitching Progress

I did a fair bit of cross-stitching last week but also spent some of my free time reading.

Here is where I was at the end of the previous week:

It slowly fills in and figures take shape. That's what I love about cross-stitching.

It really is magical watching the progress - like you're rubbing a hand across foggy glass and the view on the other side appears.

It’s starting to look like a stocking!

It’s pretty cool, especially how little blobs of a single color start filling in and becoming a thing.
