Finger Waves

I finally felt like trying something different with my hair last night, and I set the front in finger waves and the back in large pin curls. The finger waves came out really well. The pin curls weren't dry, but that happens sometimes. I think there was too much hair in them anyway. Still, I was really pleased with the finger waves. They weren't as hard as I remember them being the first (and last) time I tried them in about 2001. They sagged a lot during the day so I think they require substantially more setting lotion and probably some hairspray, but it was overall a successful attempt. It looked very 1930's around the face this morning.
I want to get more duck bill clips so that I can do the waves farther back and get a better look next time.

I like a lot of the styles, but there are some that can get really severe.
