It is symmetrical; it's a lousy picture. The top of the picture is the top of the body so it's the chemise part, and the bottom is the drawers part. There are slits at the sides of the legs that I don't completely understand the purpose of, but all will become clear after I can try them on. Maybe.
In the mean time, I'm glad someone else is amused by the 56" waist diaper!
