Finally!

It took hours, but I finished the bottom edge of the 1902 vest. That last row took forever. I started the first armscye and did the first two rows and started the third. Looking at the picture on the pattern, there are definitely not five rows of mesh there followed by a row of scallops. I just did two rows of mesh and then started the row of scallops - like the bottom, I'm making the last row of the sleeves match the last row I did of the neck instead of the scallops the pattern calls for.

Maybe I'll finish this thing by the end of next weekend. I've got one slow row left on the first armscye and two fast and one slow rows left on the second armscye and then weaving in ends. With at least a quarter hour per day on it, I expect I'll be close enough by next weekend to just blitz through the last of it.

In faster project news, I joined in the second ball of the 1920 tuxedo sweater and am halfway between the waist and casting on stitches for the sleeves.
