Even though the setting looks very Victorian or New England-y, I am getting some Jane Austen vibes from the (what looks like a) couple standing by the bridge. Also, it sort of looks like there's a wiener dog running toward the water, but that seems unlikely. Maybe a rabbit, maybe a branch, maybe just a shadow/dark spot.
