Studio Cardigan

Over the weekend I finished the cardigan I started on vacation this summer.







This is the most heavily cabled thing I've ever made. It's marvelous. There ended up being a gap in working on it. I knit the body over the summer while we tooled around the Midwest visiting family plus a little bit after we got home. Then I knit the sleeves during marching season while driving to and from contests and while driving to and from a college visit for my daughters. I finished the knitting a couple of weeks ago and put the sleeves in over the weekend, which finished the sweater. I brought home my green cabled sweater from work and am leaving this one there for now. It made me happy to wear it the last couple of days.
