Change of Plans

While I am confident that I could figure out the hoopskirt, altering the pieces to make them fit, I considered what my limited sewing time is worth to me. I've seen two good examples of what I want made up (one by koshka_the_cat and one at Wearing History). They both used the Laughing Moon hoops and bustles pattern. So I've given up my independent "I can figure this out myself" attitude in favor of "Someone else has figured this out for me." It should be faster and easier to achieve the results I want.

Of course this hoop has more bones so now I need to order more boning too. Ah, well.
