I did eight rows of single crochet around the top edge of the swimsuit instead of five, and with tight straps it will now provide sufficient coverage. I realized that with a stockinet bathing suit, you want it to be pretty well stretched when it's dry so that it doesn't become horrible when wet. Next up will be figuring out the straps. I'll get to those next week.
