Evening Bodice

For reasons that are not quite clear to me, I made an evening bodice to go with my c. 1870 white skirt. I saw the ribbon for the belt at Costume College and immediately wanted to make this.

Thank you. The ribbon wanted me to buy it for just this purpose. I have a green ribbon that is narrower (4") that I might make into an alternative belt.
