I love the tiny backs too. The evening bodice and the petticoat bodice are cut from the same pattern, but the petticoat bodice is hemmed back a half inch around the neck with the front flaps cut off while the evening bodice has a tapered front. It's fun to see what you can do altering the same pattern.
