1940's Cardigan

I finished up a new 1940's cardigan last week and wore it for the first time this week. It's knit with a fingering weight wool/silk blend yarn that feels so nice. It was very enjoyable to knit. The buttons are vintage glass flower buttons that I found on Etsy.

Well done. The lacey pattern is amazing and the color is very warm and cheery - looks good on you. I'm so impressed with knitwear.

Thank you. I didn't need yarn for a sweater when I bought this, but I couldn't pass it up.
